Removable concealed connector Ø55 Rothoblaas DISC FLAT
DISC FLAT is a removable concealed connector designed to create shear and tension connections between timber elements.
The connector resists shear and tensile forces, securing elements using a recessed rod.
DISC FLAT is quick and easy to install and can be tightened after installation. It is ideal for temporary structures, allowing the beam to be easily removed from the hanger.
It is a “jolly” type connector, installed using special screws at any point on a structural timber element. It has a threaded hole that allows the use of bolts, threaded rods or threaded concrete anchors. It allows structural timber elements to be fixed to other structural elements using a simple threaded connector.
DISC FLAT enables fully concealed connections for an attractive finish. It is designed for shear and tension connections between secondary beams in any direction. Made from electrogalvanised carbon steel, it is suitable for solid timber, glulam, CLT, LVL and wood-based panels. It carries CE marking in accordance with the ETA.
