Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to fulfil an order?
The standard order fulfilment time is 75 to 90 working days. This process includes production, quality control, packaging and delivery.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive a unique number that you can use to track its status on our website in the “My orders” tab.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and BLIK. We also offer the option to pay in instalments through our partner banks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes to or cancellation of an order are possible within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, changes cannot be made as the production process will have started.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
