At Garden Polska, we know that our customers have a wide range of needs and expectations when it comes to their garden terraces. That is why our offer includes a variety of options – from classic, flat wooden terraces to raised paving-block terraces.

Paving-block terrace – why choose one?

A terrace made from paving blocks is a structure with many significant advantages. Above all, it is worth noting its exceptional durability. Concrete or granite paving blocks are impressively strong and resistant to a range of external factors. Paving blocks, and terraces made from them, perform very well in:

  • rainfall,
  • snowfall,
  • strong winds,
  • fluctuating temperatures.

They are also resistant to abrasion and damage.

One major advantage of paving blocks as a terrace material is that they do not require regular maintenance or time-consuming care. They do not need to be treated with protective sealant and perform very well all year round, regardless of the season.

Paving-block terrace – durability and appearance

As with our wooden decking structures, we can build paving-block terraces in any size, using the type, size and colour of paving block chosen by the customer.

The paving blocks available in our offer come in a variety of sizes and colours – they are solid and attractive. They look great as a modern terrace beside the home.

At Garden Polska, we build solid, durable raised paving-block terraces that withstand use and exposure to external factors. If you are interested in this type of structure, get in touch with us!

Building a raised paving-block terrace

At Gardpol, we will build your dream paving-block terrace beside your home. Together, you can plan the look and layout of the terrace on your property, and our specialists, who work throughout the country, will carry out professional installation on your plot.

We begin by carefully and properly preparing the ground for the paving-block terrace. As with a flat wooden decking structure, the surface must be levelled thoroughly. It is also essential to plan the work properly so that the result meets the customer's expectations and requirements.

The process:

The area where we will build the paving-block terrace must be cleared and then sealed. All grass, plants, roots and stones must be removed from the area set aside for the terrace. The appropriate foundation or terrace supports can then be installed.

The paving blocks selected by the customer are laid on the properly prepared ground, creating a stone mosaic in the garden. Proper sealing and protection should not be overlooked. The gaps between the blocks are filled with fine sand, which helps to stabilise the whole structure and the terrace surface. It also helps prevent grass and weeds from growing between the blocks.

A terrace tailored to your individual needs

At Garden Polska, we work first and foremost to meet the individual needs and requirements of our customers. The terrace we build for you can be any size and raised to the height you choose. It can have one, two or more steps – it is entirely up to you!

At Gardpol, we also build practical and tasteful additional features, such as a second, smaller terrace, practical steps, or balustrades, handrails and walls to improve safety.

Work carried out with the utmost precision

At every stage of building a raised paving-block terrace, we maintain the highest standards of workmanship. This enables us to work efficiently and quickly, and ensures that the terrace is solid, precisely made and completely safe.

This is due, among other things, to our many years of experience in the industry. For years, we have been successfully building wooden, composite and floating terraces, as well as paving-block terraces for our customers. We work throughout Poland, in every voivodeship.
