Preparing for delivery and installation – buyer information

Before the hot tub is delivered, please:

• Arrange assistance with unloading – please ensure that enough people are available or arrange suitable equipment (lorry-mounted crane, excavator, crane), depending on site conditions.

• Prepare a stable, level base to ensure a safe and lasting hot tub installation.

• Provide an electricity supply:

  • for hot tubs designed for more than 3 people – a 380V (3-phase) supply with suitable residual current protection,

  • for models for a maximum of 2 people – a 230V supply with suitable protection is sufficient.
    Technical details must always be confirmed with the seller.

• Prepare a water connection – a standard garden hose is sufficient to fill the hot tub.

SAFETY INFORMATION – OUTDOOR HOT TUBS

(in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 – GPSR)

Thank you for choosing an outdoor hot tub.
To ensure safe, comfortable and long-lasting use of the product, please read and follow the safety rules below.

1. PRECAUTIONS DURING USE

• Water temperature – must not exceed 40°C. The recommended temperature range is 36–38°C.

• Bathing time – a single session should not exceed 20 minutes. Afterwards, resting in a cooler place is recommended.

• Hydration – drink enough water before and after using the hot tub to avoid dehydration.

• Getting in and out – the surface around the hot tub may be slippery; the use of non-slip mats and steps is recommended.

• Children – children may use the hot tub only under constant adult supervision.

• Weather conditions – do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms or heavy precipitation.

• User condition – using the hot tub under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating substances is prohibited.

2. WARNINGS

• Risk of overheating – prolonged exposure to hot water can lead to dizziness, fainting or dehydration.

• Risk of infection – improper water disinfection and filtration can encourage the growth of bacteria and fungi.

• Risk of electric shock – the hot tub must be connected to the electrical installation by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable standards.

• Risk of winter damage – leaving water in the hot tub during freezing conditions can cause the shell to crack and damage the plumbing system.

3. INSTALLATION SAFETY

• The hot tub should be installed by a qualified installer.

• The hot tub must be connected to a dedicated electrical circuit fitted with a residual current device (RCD).

• The base should be stable, level and load-bearing, suitable for the weight of the hot tub when filled with water.

• Regular leak checks of the plumbing system (pipes, jets, connections) are recommended, at least once every 3 months.

4. MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Water cleaning and disinfection

• Filters should be cleaned every 1–2 weeks and replaced every 3–6 months.

• The water should be disinfected regularly using suitable products (chlorine, bromine or alternative treatments).

• The optimum water pH is 7.2–7.6.

Limescale protection

• In hard water areas, the use of water-softening products is recommended to reduce limescale build-up in the system.

Plumbing maintenance

• Connections should be checked for leaks at least once every 6 months.

• For extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to drain the hot tub and dry the shell and hydromassage system.

Winter protection

• During winter use, the heating system should run continuously.
• If the hot tub will not be used, it must be completely drained and protected with a thermal cover.

5. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

• Overheating – leave the hot tub immediately, move to a cool place and rehydrate. In the event of fainting, call for medical assistance.

• Water leak – switch off the unit immediately and contact the service team.

• Electric shock – disconnect the power supply and do not touch the unit with wet hands.

• Winter breakdown – if the heating fails, drain the water from the hot tub immediately.

6. SECURING ACCESS AND CHILD SAFETY

• After each use, secure the hot tub with a protective cover.
• Children should spend less time in the hot tub than adults and must always be supervised.
• Do not leave a filled hot tub unattended when it is not in use.

7. FINAL INFORMATION

• Following the rules above improves safety during use and extends the product's service life.
• The manufacturer and seller accept no liability for damage resulting from improper use or installation.
• Regular maintenance and technical inspections are essential to keep the hot tub in good working order.
